@AmericanAir I have been critical of AA regarding thier performance for departures and cancellation. I am happy to report five my last seven flights have had no issues. Thank you American Air.
@AmericanAir my flight from ORD to Austin was delayed five hours on Wednesday the 15th. I was forced to fly to SAT and Uber to Austin. How do I submit my Uber receipt for $140 for reimbursement.

@AmericanAir do you ever respond to customers. I fly weekly and 90% of my flights have issues. Flew out to PVD on Sunday 3.hour deal. Now two hour delay on flight home. How do we get your attention?

@laurieomiller@AmericanAir I fly AA weekly. 80% of the flights are delayed and my last two flights were canceled an hour before the scheduled departure. The CEO could give a crap about the paid flying customers, all they care about is pushing credit cards.
I hope you don’t have issues when renting from @Hertz. Maybe the worst service I have ever experienced. The road side partner @roadsideprotect were great, but Hertz sucks. As a president circle member I would have expected more. @Hertz you dropped the ball bad.
@AmericanAir what percentage of your flight’s are on time? I estimating 25% for my last 20 flight. For some reason I keep flying this American. I feel sorry for the employees, they all know the airline doesn’t care about its customers, but employees care.
Is anyone in leadership at @AmericanAir aware of the situation happening in Iceland? Totally unacceptable how we have been treated. It seems like American has no concern for its passengers and has deserted us in a country where they don’t have representation. Please help us!
