@Katewardleeds I am also not at all handy in the kitchen and went vegan this year, my other go to recipes are channa dal and pearl barley risotto. If I can get the hang of them anyone can!! Lucy
@Katewardleeds there is a pasta al pomodoro recipe on the guardian website which is brill. Great base for stews, chilli (using quorn mince) etc - and it freezes really well so you can batch cook it.
