Over the last year I have been learning with and from other pioneers of self-management in health, care and public services to share in a podcast. Here is the first episode - why I started Wellbeing Teams and why the podcast is called 'a cup of teal'

@RachelKelso12 Great post, thanks for writing it. Your conclusion is why @HelenWBTeam advocates values-based recruitment. Struck also that shifting thinking about the *value* of what careworkers do crucial (and links to shifting mindsets about the value of social care generally)?
@HelenWBTeam@MarkAdamSmith@Humankind_UK@STSFTrust forgotten art in what is a transactional public sector. This work shows we can optimise the lives of citizens, the services available and also the cost to the tax payer.
I hope Mark and his colleagues (Toby Lowe, Hannah Hesselgreaves and Rob Wilson)at @NorthumbriaUni are…
@HelenWBTeam@MarkAdamSmith@Humankind_UK@STSFTrust able to further proliferate this body of work via @SystemsHuman as it has spread to most of the ne public sector and beyond. Mark regularly says the work is politically agnostic, but I have a more positive feeling about the Liberated method being adopted with the new government.

My inspiring podcast of the week thanks to @DJBobbyJP79 demonstrates critical importance of values based recruitment, relationship based support and true partnership co-production
1/2 @ProfDonnaHall & I are working with councils, NHS orgs and third sector partners to explore how they can collaborate to deliver more person-centred support and reduce costs. Donna outlines this more ‘radical’ place leadership below. https://t.co/TNpmPZDSdl
Another really interesting appointment. We had a fascinating conversation with Paul a few months ago about facilitating financial flows across health & social care (honest it was!) with a powerful example in homecare which made us think about @HelenWBTeam & @cath_roff work
