In a survey among soldiers doing mandatory military service in South Korea in 2019, Seulgi ranked as the fourth most popular female K-pop idol! Seulgi has secured notable endorsements and ambassadorships, highlighting her fashion influence and appeal. She served as the first female brand ambassador for Converse Korea (2018–2021). In December, 2019, she became the face of Coca-Cola's 2020 campaign "Little Big Moments" with actor Park Bo-gum and the Ambassador of French retailer L'Occitane's new campaign for their OMY "City Palette" shea butter hand cream. In January 2021, Seulgi became the ambassador of Volkswagen Korea, serving as the face of their new T-Roc model and helped promote it with original music and a video for their slogan "Born Confident".
