@PitchingNinja Having played when this was legal; I have to say, pretty cleanly done. Hand up in the throwing line, forcing the fielder to come way off the bag, disrupts the throw, not hurting anybody in the process: Not bad.
Very illegal now and for good reason.
@Wildlaw406 I'm your man. I need gas money, hotel money for four nights, and for you to not bother me when I'm in the Tetons. I also need you to take me fishing on the best river near delivery. DMs open about it.
@dieworkwear Derek, I claim to you that any man in good quality workwear, like Pendelton shirts and jeans that fit for a start. A Speedy (I prefer the 42mm Pro, but I've got a big wrist), and a pair of American Optical aviators; will look good as hell almost by default. Very hard to screw up.
@SleepingrockRed@pinkmagiclala@StatisticUrban That whole region traces its roots to Scotland. Most clearly in the case of where Novascotia = New Scotia and Scotia=Scotland. So yes, there is an AncientFoundland and it's in Scotland.
@MadelnCanada Plenty of people, including me, have dreamed their entire lives of being pilots. For Mr. Forest to have achieved that dream, and then having his career cut short in such an avoidable accident is nothing less than a tragedy. May he Rest in Peace and his Memory be a Blessing.
@historigins I'm tired of y'all claiming he missed, Robello don't miss. He hit his target exactly, but the target wasn't the cauldron; it was a safe place for a flaming arrow to land outside the stadium. This was a well crafted illusion and he did his part perfectly. Show some respect.
@TrueFactsStated Anybody with eyes and ears knows she's going to get her shot at some point, but I don't think it's '28. Both she and Pete need to work on becoming Senators and/or Governors until their moment. Pretty sure Newsome is The Guy for '28.
@Jared_Carrabis Are we not going to talk about Koufax not getting a call on either of two obvious swings and misses starting on an 0-2 count? Mincher went all the way around to first base on both pitches!
@treydayway I am also 42 this year and have lived through at least 27 "Once in a Generation" crises. I would very much like to go back to living in precedented times please.
@JulieDo24718056@AshleyGWinter@Nursing_Heretic Prostate cancer is very slow growing and rarely metastasizes, so if a man makes it through their screening years without it they're not going to have any real impact from developing it that late in life, and the treatment is more likely to kill a man that age than the cancer is.
