Around six years ago, I was really struggling with an essay for @BWDR about JACKIE BROWN, one that I was never able to finish once COVID hit and blew life up.
Anyway, Tony Stella made a beautiful little piece for the essay. It never got an official release. Sharing it now.
@WikkedBlissy Butter separates from water, remove the puck and melt, use a kitchen scale to portion for cookies. I hope you have fun however you make it.
@WikkedBlissy I keep plain butter on counter, too! If I’m not cooking it, I freeze the butter on wax sheets, works great. I make butter with a crock pot: oz of shake in sachets, cover butter with water and cook six hours, squeeze bags out and crock in fridge overnight.
@JMKaay I had a communications professor who said you should emphasize just how not racist you are over and over. Only a racist would do that and they’ll disqualify you.
