Yesterday, we hosted a multi-jurisdictional in-service training for Animal Services Officers and staff. We wanted to thank the @RichmondSPCA for animal behavior training, the Attorney General's Office for legal update, & Loving Acres Farm Sanctuary for educating us on livestock!

‼️PSA‼️ On 3/31/22 a sick fox was found in the Brandermill area. It was sent for testing & came back positive for rabies. 4 pets were possibly exposed. Please call 804-748-1251 for sick wildlife. Also, make sure your pets are up to date on vaccinations.
