CLARITY is not the starting gun.

Congress has already enacted GENIUS. The President has already issued EO 14405, expressly establishing U.S. policy to integrate digital assets and innovative technology into traditional financial services and payment systems. The order explicitly identifies blockchain-based services, digital-asset services, securities, commodities, custody, brokerage and capital-market activities.

And EO 14405 goes further: federal financial regulators were ordered to review regulations, guidance, supervisory practices and application processes to identify changes that could facilitate financial innovation and competition.

So:

GENIUS = statutory stablecoin foundation

EO 14405 = executive acceleration

EO 14406 = integrity/compliance architecture

Treasury + OCC = money, banking and stablecoin implementation

SEC + CFTC = capital-market regulatory implementation within existing jurisdiction

CLARITY = broader congressional market-structure durability

FY2027 = government operating/budget boundary (Oct 1, 2026)

DTCC = private regulated infrastructure through which enormous securities activity actually clears and settles (Oct 15, 2026)

There is an especially important legal point here: EO 14405 itself says implementation must remain consistent with applicable law and cannot impair authorities already granted by statute.

It also means agencies DO NOT have to sit idle waiting for CLARITY where Congress has already given them authority.

That distinction is enormous.

And the calendar is fascinating

Today is August 15, 2026.

EO 14405 was signed May 19 and imposed a number of 90-day regulatory-review obligations.

That puts us essentially at the 90-day implementation window now.

Then comes:

NOW → EO 14405 regulatory work

SEPTEMBER → CLARITY Senate battle
↓
OCTOBER 1 → FY2027 begins
↓
OCTOBER 2026 onward → regulatory/infrastructure implementation
↓
OCTOBER 15 → $144 Trillion DTCC Tsunami

Was Jesus BORN as God or did he ascend / become enlightened and tell [them] that blood sacrifices NEVER pleased his Loving Father (Divine Intelligence which upholds this Realm) - so they killed him?

Was Jesus REALLY conceived through an unfertilized egg or did that story originate in 325 AD - or from the myths of Egyptian gods?

Do Christians require the FULFILLMENT of [their] Moshiach creation - or can they accept that they were deceived?

Does the Divine Intelligence which upholds this Realm also observe your dreams? Which thoughts or perceptions are UNKNOWN to the Divine Intelligence which upholds this Realm?

Where is God’s Temple? (Genesis 32:30 / Luke 17:20-21)

Where is “God” NOT found? Does “God” create evil like the Book of Isaiah claims or is “He” only light like the Book of First John claims? (Can darkness exist within light?)

Which of our “Gods” are identical among our MINDS?

Until one can admit, deep down and in front of “God”, that they have been deceived, there is no room for Truth.

Until one can pour out (discard) deceptions, the Truth will be unable to replace those concepts or held beliefs.

Until one can SEE that there are no paradoxes, only incorrect assumptions, then the Truth will evade them.

Until one can discard darkness, the light cannot overtake them.

If thine eye is single, with no separation from Truth, then enlightenment can follow.

One cannot serve two masters - books with deceptions vs the Truth of existence.

Who does the Moshiach serve? A bloodthirsty deity requiring a third temple?

What does the Moshiach serve? A false deity with “chosen” and un-chosen people?

Does BELIEF in a man killed on a cross interfere with our reaping of what we have sown?

Does BELIEF that someone else was punished for our actions relieve us of responsibility?

Does BELIEF that “God” punished his innocent son remove our accountability?

Does consumption of bread (flesh) and wine (blood) bring us closer to “God”? Which one? Which “God” would have us CONSUME His one and only son?

The Great Awakening requires that we turn away from the lies spread by our ancestors.

The Great Awakening requires that we unite in the resonance of Truth.

The Great Awakening requires that we incorporate logic and reason into human affairs instead of blood sacrifices and “chosen” people.

The Great Awakening requires that we discard the lies of the heliocentric model as this Realm is stationary and enclosed.

May the scales be removed from humanity’s eyes.
