@emersonspop @GaryChambersJr Test scores are not even a logical comparison. Most “poor” families don’t get 1st choice. Their kids get placed according to enrollment profile of school. Most “poor” kids don’t fit profile of high status schools. Most schools are c,d,f schools based on new metric.

@emersonspop @GaryChambersJr You have no idea what you’re talking about. OneApp is a process that includes a form that one completes and submits. There’s also an algorithm that determines admission after families have rank ordered 8 schools. That, by definition, is not open enrollment.
