@laurenlash0521 @usopen @AmexBusiness I used to have pretty good luck with AmEx presale. IMO it’s the last 3 years where it’s gone completely downhill. It’s now impossible. They didn’t even offer any grandstand tickets this year! If I’d known that in advance I would have at least tried for something else.

@usopen trying to buy tickets through your advertised AMEX pre-sale and all that appears on @TicketMaster are resale tickets. This is outrageous! Why advertise that presale tickets are advertised if you are not actually making them available?

@TeraWHunter @usopen @Ticketmaster @AmexBusiness Yes exactly, and no information on the Amex presale pages. You can still click through from Amex presale to those dates which is why I was so frustrated when I didn’t even get a queue or anything. Just resale tickets with no mention of Amex sale
