Exciting Achievement for Our Girls’ 4x200 Team!
Not only did our girls' 4x200 relay team break the School Record, but they also broke the State B Record with their time of 1:42.53!

The previous record of 1:43.41, set back in 2006 by Cheri Boyer, Jennifer Ellefson, Tracy Mauch, and Kim Stark from Milnor, Wyndmere, and Lidgerwood.

We set 4 New Records at the NDHSAA State T&F Meet! 🙌🏻

4x200 Relays
Both the boys’ and girls’ 4x200 relay teams battled it out 🥊 this weekend by breaking school records during the Prelims.
* The girls' team, featuring Izzy Thompson, Liv Siverson, Mackenzie Meyer, and Grace Lemar, shattered a four-year-old record with an impressive time of 1:42.53. This surpassed the previous record of 1:43.98, which was set by Mayzee Jacobson, Grace Lemar, Liv Siverson, and Elise Wisnewski in 2022.
* On the other hand, the boys' relay team, composed of Parker Wixo, Wesley Overland, Maisen Olson, and Easton Holland, also broke a four-year-old record with a time of 1:31.81 in the prelims and then broke their own record again in the finals with the time of 1:31.70. They surpassed the former record of 1:31.89, set by Will Ellison, Jake Deutsch, Owen Wiersma, and Isaac Wisnewski in 2022.

110 Hurdles
* Easton Holland breaks his own record again in the 110 hurdles during the state prelims with his time of 15.35. 🙌🏻

300 Hurdles
* Easton Holland has had his sights set on the outdoor 300 hurdles time for a while now and finally claimed it as his own today during the State Finals with his time of 39.15. He breaks Braeden Knutson’s 2019 time of 39.70. 💪🏻
