@AskLyft it’s a shame that @lyft will not refund fees when it’s a #safety concern.
Drivers couldn’t be found & I didn’t feel safe waiting so long, outside, alone…

@AskLyft I scheduled my ride with ample time & was advised by the app the my “driver would arrive between 8:05 & 8:20.” My driver arrived at 7:49 & was upset that he had to wait more than the usual 5 mins. Not my fault. Not ok.
