@ManyCam what a disaster this purchase has been. #manycam will not send our activation nor license after purchase. 4hrs and counting for a simple email. #fail They only offer email support. Wow!
This is what our website looks like week later after reporting the problem to @Shift4Shop - Beware of using #shift4shop for your website. No returned calls, no supervisor will get on the phone, they don’t respond back to my emails.
So according to @Shift4Shop our website is down because of a failing hard drive on #microsoft servers for 2 days (been over a week). So we are lead to believe that Microsoft has no RAID or backup servers. They can’t even swap out a bad drive in two days? Sure…
@Shift4Shop Better to save your money so can survive when your websites stop working and have constant issues. Have not receive support for over a week from #shift4shop. Maybe your tax refund can help you migrate to a better service that cares about its customers.

@elgato Great product till you need support or replacement. Support is nonexistent and email replies go days without an answer. #elgato has horrible service and support.

Usually, a support representative will respond to your ticket within 2 to 4 business days, if not sooner. However, our volume has increased exponentially lately, so in January 2022 there may be occasional delays.
@ElgatoSupport The light does not blink at all and my MacBook does not see it as a Wi-Fi device no matter what I try. The reset button will not cause the lights to blink after 10 seconds.
@_TimBalogh @elgato Thanks Tim, I don’t want to have to try every social and email platform just to get a response. I use this as a learning experience. If customer support is not high on the priority list for a company I move on. Plenty of alternatives out there that back their products.
