@easyJetholidays We were on an easyJet holiday and were evacuated from our hotel in kiotari on Saturday. We've been on buses/boats/taxis and eventually a flight to the uk all based on our own decisions as a family with 2 kids, and with literally no support from easyJet.
@trishdevlin Now the question is can you do it for the term and beyond. I've departed 2 socials media giants, Twitter is my last as only because it's better banter 🤣
@SteveAikenUUP@markcosgrove10@SouthAntrimUUP@nabbeytimes Tough one for you today Stevie lad on Nolan but if you're going make a decision on something come out first otherwise it looks like you follow the rest, also be prepared for interviews as was obvious you were out of your depth today.
Exam based learning isn’t learning at all. All it does is test whether a student is good at exams. What we need (like Finland) is a holistic education that finds what turns on the child’s inner light. Creativity, critical thinking & freedom of thought. https://t.co/7rcda7XEl3
Any disruption to trade is a direct consequence of the DUP championed Brexit. Also worth pointing out that when the SDLP proposed an extension for the new arrangements at the Executive, the DUP used their veto to block that proposal. No amount of bluff will cover the reality.
Edwin Poots "We are concerned about food supplies to schools"
Claire Hanna "DUP weren't too concerned about meals at schools when they didn't vote on the Free schools meal proposal at Westminster"
To clarify - @WesternHSCTrust has appealed for staff to attend the SWAH so it can help out the @SouthernHSCT which is under severe pressure. The SWAH has additional beds and I’m told staff have answered the call. @BBCNewsNI

Disgraceful... Plz retweet...
First Minister Arlene Foster on @bbcnewsline expresses disappointment over large crowds gathering at Portrush and Portstewart in recent days amid surging Covid-19 cases.
(Meanwhile, DUP MP Sammy Wilson has defended travelling to Portrush after being spotted at the weekend🤔)
Clear, concise words from Michelle O'Neill. Will Peter Weir listen & do yet another u-turn or he will he stubbornly plod on regardless? It's a very big call for the minister.
It is absurd that a key element of transferring some of our children from primary to post-primary is in the hands of a private company rather than the education department. And that’s because the Executive cannot agree to take the responsibility itself
Schools are not safe and should be closed for the duration of the current lockdown at least: so says Northern Ireland's biggest teachers' union https://t.co/3xHfyuJSXa
The virus is out of control. It is reckless to allow 8,000 pupils to gather in school halls next Saturday to take an unnecessary test. If @peterweirmla refuses to intervene, is there *any* chance of leadership from the 34 grammar school principals and governors involved?
.Transfer tests 2021. Some 10yo’s prepared, some not. Should we bring children together to sit them? To endanger parents as infection goes through roof?
Staff?
No we should not. Cancel and find another way.
Minister Weir, my friend, get real.
As Covid-19 soars in NI, doctors may soon have to decide who lives and who dies. DUP/Sinn Féin bickering and a lack of leadership are contributing to a worsening situation. Here people are dying unnecessarily because of political failures. My report in today’s Sunday Independent.
