If even a student from IISC, the premier institute in India faces this issue, don’t know the situation for others. Hoping for a fair resolution soon.

We also clearly mentioned in our application that IISc will fully cover the travel expenses, and the full funds will only be disbursed upon returning to IISc. @iiscbangalore If this isn't considered sufficient, we're unsure what else could be.
