@mei__satsuki Not to mention the hardware needed to run those models, offloading it to a phone is actually pretty smart since they can be computationally expensive and your PC is already being cooked enough as it is from VTuber Studio, OBS, and the game you are streaming.

@mei__satsuki The problem is that Vtuber face tracking is piggybacking off of Apple’s face tracking AI models which are the best the general public has access to. Someone would have to invest immense amounts of money to just replicate that performance with more open models
