@Delta really disappointing to be told yesterday at all cancelled flights through the weekend were already canceled and communicated through the weekend only to have my flight canceled this morning with no other flights to get me home. And I only found out by checking the app.

@XfinitySupport how in the world do I get an update on my service outage? All of my service has been out since this morning and the only thing I can tract down between your chat assistant, the app and calling is the fix time getting pushed back.

@XfinitySupport it was supposed to be fixed 7 hours ago and the updated resolution time just keeps getting g pushed back and I can’t get an update from anyone.
