I decided to stop using your service and cancelled my premium subscription. Doesn't look like your target customer base includes individuals like me who want to only get what we pay for.

My biggest pain point is that shoppers on the platform are not trained to pick up items that I am "really" asking for. Support is negligent for customers like me who have specific shopping needs.
I was really hoping that instacart addressed this issue, but instead your algorithms flagged me as someone who's taking advantage of the platform and stopped providing me refunds for items I paid for but cannot use.
@elonmusk I would want to see Twitter be part of everyday life. Like an expiring or persisted log of actions - actions could be anything from turning on a light, paying p2p, ordering pizza or communicating.
User is in full control of how long tweet persistence & visibility last.
