@RMTunion But yet when all the jobs are filled some staff complain that they couldn’t get overtime…. This argument won’t wash as staff will always want to work extra it’s been that way for decades and will never change

@jessphillips Is not the nhs trusts mismanagement of staff as on the railway to many high up staff on high wage and not enough staff to do the day to day work. Would it be any better no matter who was In government if we are being honest

@RMTunion And where’s the proof any actually gets paid out to workers, the last strike we were told we would get something but nothing ….. and the strike folded as it wasn’t sustainable for staff it will happen again especially in a cost of living crisis

@RMTunion Load of rubbish as a recently disabled now ex NR employee I needed RMT help and got nothing … say what you want but I was totally let down when I needed my union I paid into. I don’t support what the union has become
