FLORIDA: DOG ABUSED ON CAMERA. Is a misdemeanor enough?

Gulf Breeze, Florida - Many of you sent me the video and now here's how your voices were already heard.

David Kella Neely and Charolette Ann Dellinger of Gulf Breeze, Florida were arrested by Santa Rosa County, Florida deputies after they took a look at the video.

Neely and Dellinger were both charged with one count each of misdemeanor animal cruelty.
But hold on just a minute.

A first-degree misdemeanor? Under Florida law, aggravated animal cruelty, "the repeated infliction of unnecessary pain," is a third-degree felony.

中國政府強制下架影片，無非是想掩蓋罪行、包庇這些虐殺動物的惡魔。
