@HM_Passport Simple and easy? 10 weeks? It took longer than one year to get my passport after you lost my documents, and now you won't send me the replacements back. Hope you enjoy getting paid for writing these cute messages, the free lunch won't last forever.
@pylade2019 @HM_Passport Even more importantly, before sending them a naturalisation certificate, as in the (likely) event they will lose it, you won't be able to prove your citizenship anymore and they will ignore you for months (10 months and counting for me).
@KathleenFirth5@HM_Passport Or maybe they could not lose it before they even process it, and replace it if they do? In a parallel universe, where someone within HMPO is accountable for their mistakes.
@stephenhhector@HM_Passport They lost my documents 10 months ago (including my naturalisation certificate) and I'm also not getting any responses anymore. I've even written to my MP but no luck through them either. (I'm applying from the UK).
@RandoxOfficial@loftusroadw12 That's not in accordance to the terms and conditions, where it's stated that the app can be downloaded from the Android app store (instead of having to download an unverified app from your website, exposing consumers to risk). @WhichUK can you help with this?
@RandoxHealth Could you please tell me why there is no Android app store version of your Certifly app, as clearly stated in the T&C in the confirmation email? In the T&C you don't state that you require customers to download an unverified app.
@RandoxHealth@TomMitcheson@RandoxOfficial The answer is actually simple: download an unverified app from their website if you are an Android user. This is just ridiculous.
@RandoxHealth@TomMitcheson@RandoxOfficial Every single person who ordered a day 2 test seems to have this problem, why do we need to send DMs one by one? If there is a solution, post it here or update your instructions, why waste everyone's time, including your own?
@HM_Passport When you lose a *foreign* passport though within HMPO, it's OK to officially reply 3 months *plus* later, right? And then demand that it gets replaced and sent to you again... Cause that's just a scrap paper to you, isn't it? The audacity of your employees!
@JoanneHiggins83@sarahedennehy Thank you! I tried that multiple times and never got answers, the times I managed to get through. I guess YMMV depending on who answers.Sometimes I had to leave a message to get a callback after 20 minutes of holding too (the callback being 3-4 days later).Gave up calling them. :(
@JoanneHiggins83@sarahedennehy May I ask how you even got them to answer any question? I've been trying to ask them about my documents that they've lost (should I declare them lost, replace them etc) and they've ignored me for months! There's clearly nobody that knows what's going on.
@fadhel_sophia My experience: 14 weeks and still counting. They lost my documents, didn't tell me, and still aren't telling me what's going on. Don't even expect to be treated as a human being, you may be sorely disappointed. This is a joke, only not at all funny.
@annataft_@heatherc1976@HM_Passport 14 weeks here, they lost my supporting documents and they still won't contact me about what's going on nor reply to my complaint. Does anyone know how to proceed when being ignored by what looks like a scam at this point? Write to our MP?
@HM_Passport The complaint process also broken, no reply in weeks. Phone, email, twitter only template replies. Am I to just forget that I'm a British citizen now??? What on earth do you expect me to do? How can I get someone in the passport office to finally treat me like the citizen I am???
@HM_Passport Can very easily go from spending thousands of pounds to become a citizen to you people losing all proof of citizenship and IGNORING people for MONTHS. It really looks like something untoward is happening in the passport office, who will clean up this mess? #secondclasscitizen
@Ryanair@askryanair I'll answer my own question, since your bots, ehm, "agents" are useless: no, there isn't.
Your staff on site also didn't know if the self bag drop machines ask to scan your ID (in case it doesn't have a MRZ): the answer is no, you only scan your boarding pass. Train your people!
