@BootsHelp click and collect order from Liverpool Airport (after security) completely wrong! Not one thing I ordered in the box! @BootsHelp @BootsUK refusing refund until I return items, but I'm now out of the country, hence why it was collected at the airport!

@passportwaiting This is our current status on a child renewal at Liverpool. Taking alot longer than suggested on here with no indication as to why or when it'll be approved. If you need your passport I wouldn't rely on these waiting times just in case you get stuck like us!

@HollieRobson14 @HM_Passport Another pointless call to the so called 'progress' team. Confirmed 2 systems in operation. Pot luck as to which one you're in. No further advice than it'll take up to 10 weeks and that others will get their passports quicker. Wow! Makes me feel so much better!

@LaurenP92616762 @HM_Passport Our application went in on 10th July and they've had old docs since 15th. Stuck processing since 28th too. There's no logic or sense or fairness to this process. Just a pot luck lottery I'm afraid. And that's no way to run a government led public service.

@lyonnelove @HM_Passport I was advised yesterday that with examiners it's skeleton staff so it's down to luck if your application is allocated to one working over the wknd!! Great news about your application tho!
