@Ravisutanjani Is there a rule which states that Banks have to compensate in case the card is not closed in stipulated time ? How did the bank arrive at 15000/- figure as compensation? What if bank didn’t offer you the compensation

@TataCLiQCare@vikaspurohit It is 72 hrs since I reported the matter , not 36 hrs. The damage has already been done. How will you compensate for that ? Occasions are time based if you understand that. Happy Diwali !
