@USAA_help That is nice of you to say. Reality is no one helped yet, social media department isn't likely to either. Lost medical records over and over and NEVER FOUND MEDICAL RECORDS. Identical to first time this happened. 6 months of fighting. I'm done. Never paid insureds medical bills.
