If we were to rewrite the Declaration of Independence today…

When a government entrusted with preserving liberty begins instead to diminish it, the people have not only the right but the solemn duty to speak, to assemble, to petition, and to peacefully restore the principles upon which their nation was founded.
We affirm that our rights do not originate from kings, legislatures, courts, or constitutions. They are inalienable gifts bestowed by Almighty God upon every person. Among these are the rights to life, liberty, private property, self-defense, free speech, free exercise of religion, equal justice under law, and the pursuit of happiness through honest labor. Constitutions do not create these rights—they recognize them. Governments do not grant these rights—they are established to protect them.
The legitimate powers of government arise only from the consent of the governed. When those entrusted with public office abandon their constitutional limits, disregard the will of the people, or elevate their own authority above the law, they betray the very purpose for which government exists.
Therefore, we present these grievances—not from hatred of our nation, but from love of it.
We declare that a free people cannot long remain free unless they possess complete confidence in the integrity of their elections. Every lawful vote must be protected, every unlawful vote prevented, and every election conducted with transparency worthy of the trust of the American people. Without confidence in elections, representative government cannot endure.
We declare that every sovereign nation possesses both the right and the obligation to secure its borders and faithfully enforce its immigration laws. Compassion and lawful immigration are not incompatible; however, no nation can preserve its sovereignty while refusing to defend its own boundaries or uphold its own laws.
We declare that government has grown beyond the constitutional limits intended by our Founders. Through an ever-expanding network of regulations, mandates, bureaucracies, and unelected administrators, individual liberty has too often yielded to centralized control. Free citizens should not require permission to exercise rights that God has already granted.
We declare that taxation exists to fund the legitimate functions of government—not to expand dependency, reward political interests, or burden generations yet unborn with crushing debt. The earnings of honest labor belong first to those who produced them, and public officials remain accountable for every dollar entrusted to their care.
We declare that financial power has become increasingly concentrated within institutions whose influence extends beyond the reach of ordinary citizens. Economic systems should serve productive families, workers, entrepreneurs, and communities—not become instruments through which wealth, influence, and decision-making are consolidated into the hands of a privileged few. Markets should be free, currencies sound, and public policy accountable to the people rather than to entrenched financial interests.
We further declare that the Constitution of the United States is not a living instrument to be rewritten according to the passions of the moment, but a covenant of limited government whose meaning is rooted in the principles under which it was adopted. Its protections are enduring because human nature is enduring.
We reject the notion that liberty must be surrendered for security, that rights must yield to convenience, or that government should become the ultimate authority over conscience, commerce, education, faith, family, or the raising of children. Such powers belong first to God, then to individuals, families, local communities, and the several States, with only those limited powers specifically delegated entrusted to the federal government.
Start threatening to use their tactics against them. All it takes is making the idea that the rest of us will begin entering their “no ID elections” en masse to sway the votes of liberal states to scare them into supporting this. Shit, they can’t do it the states that have already protected their elections, which are red, but we sure as hell can do it to them. We wouldn’t even need to follow through. The door is open 🤷♀️
@Smith5775@grok@CramerSez Wow! I guess there’s no need to worry, the guy is just playing 😅
Not sure how Grok conveniently doesn’t see the knife or hear the screams.
@TRobinsonNewEra So awesome!! Go ahead and extend your stay indefinitely, you can become nomadic and take advantage of all this generosity 🤩 I’m in for a future stay over, lol. Small town just 30 minutes out from the best beaches in Florida.
@laralogan Just finished watching. Great episode!! So happy to see Tommy making his rounds and being so widely accepted and promoted in the US this time around. God bless him for never backing down and continuing to fight to bring recognition to this growing concern.
I DECIDED TO TAKE MY OWN ADVICE AND USE MY VOICE FOR GOOD.
I frequently encounter young to middle-aged Democratic women who are struggling with the question, “Where should I go from here?" They view themselves as empathetic, nurturing, principled human beings. They've spent their adult lives supporting traditionally left-leaning political positions such as women’s rights, “education for the poor,” helping the homeless, “universal healthcare,” and helping poor “migrants,” all because decent people should care for the less fortunate. However, since Progressive Leftists have very successfully hijacked the entire platform of the Democrat Party, our cultural norms that everyone (left and right) could agree upon have been categorically abandoned. If an illegal immigrant commits a crime against a US citizen, the immigrant is not held to account because their status to remain in the US (so they can illegally vote to keep Democrats in power) has the highest priority of protection under the law by Leftists. Law and order is not a priority in their worldview. These Progressives are not rational, they aren’t interested in recognizing the rights of US citizens with whom they disagree and the need to compromise in order to safely exist in a pluralistic society. We can’t reason with these ideologues because only their agenda matters, nothing else matters. They oppose the preservation of our Constitutional Republic.
Let’s not forget it’s the intention of these Leftists to take our culture over a cliff. The Overton Window effect is perhaps the real goal of these people. They've attempted to move the center of our culture as far left as possible. Consider Hillary Clinton’s recent comments from a Security Conference in Munich, Germany - “migration may have gone too far." As always, she relentlessly manipulates language in order to blur the real meaning of her thoughts to the audience - it is illegal immigration not migration and the Leftists acknowledge their border policies went too far because the polls emphatically reflect the American people’s rejection of said policies. These disastrous “open borders” policies have unequivocally decimated our large cities under Democratic governance and most American citizens are vehemently opposed to them. Hence, the Leftists are backtracking, initiating a protracted pause, regrouping to continue their ultimate goal to move the center so far left that our country and our culture will no longer be recognizable, and they've made a lot of progress.
So back to my initial observation, that young to middle-aged Democratic women are struggling with the question, “Where should I go from here?” This question is still percolating in the milieu of our chaotic cultural erosion. Many of these women are rearing children and still searching for a meaningful life-long committed relationship, they're becoming established in their careers, they're planning for retirement, they're beginning to consider their mortality, and perhaps their legacy as a generation. As they pause to take a quick of survey of the state of our culture - they sense we, as a nation are on the WRONG path and they don’t know what to do. They don’t want to continue on their progressive path but they simultaneously fret and are fearful of abandoning their core beliefs. They want to adamantly resist the decision to embrace conservative views. What they don’t realize is ideas once considered “centered thinking - common ground for both sides” are now demonized as fascist, conservative rhetoric (the Overton Window effect). These Democrat women desperately need a RESET back to the centered thinking they supported two to three decades ago. They should rediscover the core beliefs they grew up with in the 1980s to early 2000s. Blue hair and nose rings aren’t appealing to these women anymore or their potential mates.
I would offer the following suggestion - educate yourself, ask yourself - How did I get here? Historically, good things like racial equality, equal pay issues, and the formation of community services at local levels of government that help indigent people were great wins for the Social Justice movements of the 1960s-70s. Thoughtfully examine what you were taught in college, post-graduate education or social media about our culture. Today, social injustice has been weaponized and acts like ballistic missiles aimed at the moral fabric of our society - not every cause is healthy for society. I think these women were led astray by a polymorphic feminism that hurts women and devastates families and cultures. Begin there. Find mature, happy women to tap as treasured resources. Just listen - no one is trying to dictate how these women should live but a person who doesn’t learn from the mistakes of others isn’t very wise.

@JONNY_RUBBER@RupertLowe10 Do you ever respond with anything other than Musk hate? What’s your deal? Can you support your obvious bias with some factual information? I’ve seen an astronomical number of people affiliated with the Epstein BS but never Musk. I’m open to proof if you have it.
