Two months. It doesn’t seem real. Losing your child is something nobody should have to do.
Sweet Grayson, I miss you every moment of every day. The community that you gathered is taking such good care of us. I love you to infinity and beyond.
An extra special first pitch ♥️
Honored to celebrate the life of longtime Wolfpack fan Grayson Ketchie with his parents throwing out tonight’s first pitch.
For everyone salty about today’s events…go buy a ticket to cheer on @PackSoftball Thursday as they take on UNC and honor Grayson before the game.

Sweet Grayson, today is your birthday, the first that we have to celebrate without you here. I hate every single thing about this. I miss you so very much! Happy Birthday Grayson!
If you want to celebrate, we could all walk, run, dance…whatever for 15 minutes or 15 miles today!
I wish you were here cheering on @PackSoftball with me, but thankful for a place that makes you feel close. Thankful for the friends you made here who are part of the community that is holding us up! Miss you like crazy, Grayson! ❤️💔❤️💔
Hey @PackMensBball if you need some extra inspiration to fight like hell to win Tuesday, please play for Grayson. Nothing really matters when your kid has just died, but we will be screaming at the tv cheering you on! Go Pack!!!
As we navigate the impossible, we are trying to figure out the logistics of how best to celebrate his life & allow everyone that he has impacted to be able to celebrate him with us. As soon as we figure this out, we will share the details. Thank you for continuing to love us.
We will be gathering all of Grayson’s fans at the Belltower tonight in celebration of him at 7:30, bring a flashlight and let’s light it up in his honor the way he does everything, with the strength of the PACK!
@jwatsonfisher We also received lots of video messages from other players that we got to share with Grayson. The impact we are seeing that he has on others is just overwhelming and what’s getting us through these impossible moments.
@wolfpacktom@StateCoachD Hahahaha!!!! So thankful that he got to experience this and I also vividly remember standing in the hall thinking “well, at least he can’t repeat anything he hears in there!” Luckiest kid ever to get to hang out in there!!
Some of our favorite football memories. So thankful for all of these friendships. Please continue to carry Grayson’s spirit with you. It’s the only comfort I am finding in this moment.
Can’t put into words how much Grayson meant to all of us at Savage Wolves. He genuinely touched our hearts and we were so blessed to have had him in our lives. 💔@wolfpacktom
May all of us who he touched carry a little of Grayson in our hearts and remember to laugh a little more and love a little harder. Thank you all for the way you love our family, we can never put into words the way it has carried us.
Our sweet boy, our Grayson, passed away today around 2pm. He has spent the last few days the same way he spent the last almost 15 years; surrounded by love and laughter, all his favorite people, and of course, Ms. Wuf.
Grayson has touched lives near and far and his impact will live on far beyond any of our wildest dreams. He embodied joy and kindness and never knew a stranger and we could all stand to live our lives a little more like him.
