Looks like @Smashburger has lost a customer.... after walking in to my local store, remembered it has an issue w understaffing... got to front of line, cashier ignored us for over 12 mins while line got bigger..walked out, even tried the app, wouldn't work numerous times... Done.

@AugustHomeInc sooo, I had a very bad experience w my Smart Lock as I was standing right in front of the door and tried to unlock it with my smartwatch because my cell was left inside, the door would not open despite me being connected to my home Wi-Fi literally 8 ft away. Why?
