New Years Eve Dance Party, with Masks, in Halifax NS

Tuesday, December 31 from 9 to Midnight at the Local Council of Women (989 Young Ave) Halifax NS.

Come ring in the New Year with us! 🎉
Join us for dancing, socializing, and a midnight countdown.
The first hour will be for chatting and socializing, with music kept at a lower volume. Then from 10pm until midnight it’s a full-on dance party!
This is an adult-oriented event.
Please note that this is also a dry event, no alcohol will be served.

This event is to help build connections and community between people who continue to take steps to prevent the spread of COVID.

For this event: please mask with an KN95 mask or better (free masks available at the event), rapid test the day of the event if possible, and stay home if feeling sick.

@1goodtern At an in-person work meeting yesterday, everyone was complaining about how cold it was because the windows were "left open". In a heritage building with no ventilation. I was the only one masked and had to lie about allergies to explain why I kept my mask on and didn't eat lunch
