Once you find something that you're willing to outwork people for, you don't need to tell anyone how hard you're working.
A) It won't feel like work if it's something that gives you goosebumps.
B) Nobody gives a shit.
C) Your success will do the talking for you.

Great coaches/leaders don’t spoon-feed. So many people want a path laid out for them step-by-step but don’t realize true learning comes from having to fight certain battles on your own. Especially those that occur in your own head.
Recovery, flexibility, and mobility strategies should allow you to get more strength work, not overshadow it. I see a ton of emphasis with this at the expense of requisite strength work. As @ericcressey says "Don't spend too much time changing the oil on a car with no engine."
