The importance of exfoliating... The top layer, the cornflakes prevent our skincare and moisturizers to penetrating fully. So. Exfoliate. Remove those nasty cornflakes. And lets all have faces full of grapes!

Healthy skin needs to be hydrated. Drinking the recommended six to eight glasses of water a day to keep you hydrated inside and out. If you aren't a big fan of plain old water, infuse it with vitamin-c rich oranges or antioxidant filled lemons to give it a kick.
