During her 6 month internship with @PCRCBiH, @jcl_leigh_b collaborated with @Project1948 on a photo-voice project to raise awareness of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Water Woes through the youth's eyes. She will attend the UN Women's Commission on the Status of Women 2019 in NYC.

In July our 2017-19 cohort began their 6 month fieldwork period. This allows for a period of time within their chosen sites, visiting relevant case studies and gathering primary materials to refine the design thesis direction. Here are a few experiences so far;

Ben Nourse has spent time mapping vernacular nuances across North Essex as part of the development of his project 'Essexodus' which proposes a new typology of high density, rural housing whilst incorporating a productive living landscape

.@jamesmnutt cycled 4000 miles around France to locate sites for his counter proposal to the city-centric Paris 2024 Olympic Games, in favour of a host nation games which utilises assets around the country. He's now heading to Brazil for field research at the sites of Rio 2016.

.@tomardron's project 'Rebalancing Britain' proposes a relocated Parliament as part of a decentralised government plan. He has visited various institutional architectures across Europe and last week he was fortunate enough to get a tour of the Netherlands Embassy in Berlin
