@diodrama_2024@KKristinaw60588@JoshHall2024 You aren’t explaining how this move helps her. You are justifying your perspective, which appears to be that you think challenging Congress to act, which they might take her up on…is in her favor if she is guilty. That’s the logic that make no sense
@diodrama_2024@KKristinaw60588@JoshHall2024 Maybe I am not smart enough. I can admit that. But help me with the logic there. If she is actually guilty, how does this help her get ahead of it or do a pre-emptive strike? Again, I am not saying you are wrong. I just don’t understand.
@KKristinaw60588@diodrama_2024@JoshHall2024 You forgot Melania’s recent press release asking for sworn testimony from the survivors. There is no logical way that her or DJT are guilty if she is calling out Congress to do this. It just breaks every claim in half and takes it to absurd levels.
@KozNeFFekt@JuniorFaF0@GuntherEagleman I am a libertarian and live in Puerto Rico, so I couldn’t vote for Trump. But…he didn’t “run on exposing the files”. He got asked in a few interviews and he said “maybe/probably” he would release them, but everyone is also pointing out that the DOJ and courts decide anyway
@honeydip296 @BirdPerson_0x @MAGAVoice I am an independent, so to be fair…if you think Trump is guilty, you have to think Clinton was. So, he would be first.
@makmd@BlenderParks@pastafarious@john_banahan@GovPressOffice SCOTUS has been consistent that due process is based on context and status. For instance, if someone steals a candy bar, due process isn’t a full trial. Due process for an illegal alien is not the same for a citizen. Different status, different context. Look it up.
@comeontothemoon@TheWingFai@triller_IR@triller We have had 7 consecutive days closing over $1. We need 10 consecutive days. It does look precarious at the moment, but the streak hasn’t quite been broken yet.
@areal_solar@TaxRevolts@JonesBarron@TooWhiteToTweet I am not surprised. Our entire country needs some help figuring out how to reduce and minimize crime. Including (and maybe especially) the white population especially due to the numbers alone. Lead with love.
@areal_solar@TaxRevolts@JonesBarron@TooWhiteToTweet There is more crime done by black people on other black people by a lot. Much of it is gang-related. If the root cause of that was found, progress could be made. But to your overall point, I concede…Much like if you go looking for racism or sexism, you will find it.
@areal_solar@TaxRevolts@JonesBarron@TooWhiteToTweet I don’t get into debates online. You are correct. It is widely known how difficult it is to get a real number on this. The estimate is way lower than 1%, so I was trying to be kind and fair. Either way, the 53% number is a complete misrepresentation no matter what exoneration %.
@TaxRevolts@areal_solar@JonesBarron@TooWhiteToTweet I want to give some grace and believe it was a genuine mistake rather than intentional. This particular stat is widely believed to be true and nobody can fact check every stat. Although I also believe anyone posting publicly should do the work to ensure their stats are correct.
@areal_solar@TaxRevolts@JonesBarron@TooWhiteToTweet This is a widely misquoted stat. The real stat is “of the exonerations that are given, 53% of them are black men”. Less than 1% of convictions are exonerated in total. And of course because of the numbers, black men over-represent. Let’ get the stats right. Lead with love.
@DLEAVITT11 @TheElmoJew @krassenstein I am a libertarian and don’t care to defend Trump, but if this is your argument, you have been deceived. Hillary did the same thing as Trump and was fined $8000. Trump got 34 felonies. E Jean Carroll case was a sham. Look into the details rather than headlines. Lead with love.
