Followed official complaint procedure about terrible service from manager Denisa at Palace Gardens Enfield. Totally IGNORED. Is this how @CostaCoffee treats loyal customers? Shocking customer service. Beware if you log a complaint! ☕️❌

@CostaCoffee. I lodged a formal complaint 3 wks ago about terrible service from manager Denisa at your Palace Gardens (Enfield) branch. Still zero response. Is this how you treat loyal customers? I will continue writing to @CostaCoffee until I receive a satisfactory reply.

Disappointed that @CostaCoffee response to my complaint about the treatment I received from manager Denisa at Palace Gardens, Enfield branch was an offer of one free drink. My complaint was about the embarrassment and poor treatment I experienced. This response feels dismissive.
@CostaCoffee awful service at Costa Coffee, Palace Gardens Shopping Centre, Enfield. The manager Denisa, was extremely discourteous, rude and confrontational. Very disappointing level of customer service from a major brand. Hoping management looks into standards at this branch.

@virginmedia speed is down in EN6. If virginmedia is having problems at that area pleasenotify your customer. Your customer service is a waste of space as turning your hub off and on or resetting it does not help. PLEASE TELL US THE REAL PROBLEMS.
@virginmedia does anyone there at virginmedia cares about their customers issues with unstable internet connection and very low download speed. The problems may cost us our job.
@Virgin speed is down in EN6. Are there any problems. Your customer service is a waste of space. The only thing they do is to ask you to turn your hub off and on again. If you persistent they'll ask you to stick a needle or a tooth pick to reset your hub.
