@AshtonEck8@NathanHiggersA He’s clueless, and it’s easy… yet you literally took less money because it wasn’t worth the time and effort for you….. makes sense.
@JDCowboys2@dallasmavs@Cooper_Flagg Yeah, my only problem with this offer is that it assumes that the person who has the card is going to be a Mavericks fan who lives in Dallas, which it almost certainly will not be.
@wingoz I think they are cooked - but a term sheet isn’t a contract. It would be highly uncommon in private business for parties to be named before the deal is inked.
@Luke_Elvy@McbillsonBill Let’s see if Rahm prefers worthless equity over $150M … they can’t afford to pay elite guys to stick around with worthless equity. It will quickly become the Tour for those with no other options.
@BenVerlander Feel bad for him as a person, but “brutal?” Guy has made $42M already over 10 years with a mid 4 era. Plenty of “brutal” things out there. This isn’t one.
@Barrelldelphia@AmyElnoraZ@TheAthletic A “good fielder” ranked 34th in defensive WAR among 3B with 40 games played this year. 141st overall. LOOSE definition of good.
@Alexcoll_ Maybe - but “normal baseball” isnt a party to the trade - the Dodgers are. It doesnt matter if those 3 guy would mean a lot to the Colorado Rockies. The Dodgers don’t need them. So they get Skubal for their scraps.
@arlowhite@NoLayingUp The long term model??? There is no such thing as a long-term model for any business when you eat through billions in four or five years. That was literally the whole model.
