现在公司和团队都非常强调 AI 提效，注重 AI 代码利用率提高到多少，是不是 100% AI generated.
但是实际在大团队工作，真正费时间的是沟通，权限，审批，屎山踩坑，对齐上下文。代码反而已经不重要了。
感觉人特有的某些软技能可能会越来越重要。

最近的选型是 Opus4.6 写第一版 POC，Codex 做小修小补，Kimi 2.5 写 UI 和一些工程 scripts

opus 4.6 写项目很牛，但遇到难改的bug就懵逼，空转半小时，浪费一堆token，最后还改不好。
这时候换 chatgpt 5.3 codex 有奇效。
