@CJ83672372 @Thebestfigen Nothing beats a failure but a try. The secret is to turn off the heat once you pour the eggs into the pan. You let the pan do the cooking as you turn the omelet. That way it does not overcook too fast or turn brown. My husband only eats soft-scrambled eggs. They have to be wet.
