@SkyHelpTeam It's telling me there is a problem with my connection. But the Is The Service Down website is stating there is an outage in my area.. and why Sky are failing to acknowledge this I don't know
@SkyHelpTeam The Sky website is claiming there isn't any issues. But tracking sites detect that there is. I work from home and I'm not able to do my job. I'm a graphic design and send/receive large files so using my mobile data isn't an option
@ghd hermes left my mums parcel outside (as seen on a tracking photo) on calling your customer service team she was told she would get a form to fill in. She hasn't received a form, nor any apology, money has already been taken from her. And she is left without her purchase!
@NantHallRd@seetickets I did, and they passed my message onto See Tickets who told me, that because I live in a tier 4 area OUTSIDE of London, I can still attend the event. I have tried to claim for a refund but their site only allows for a voucher exchange. Not sure what I can do to get my refund?

@SkyHelpTeam why is the superfast broadband going up to £47.99 ? Highly unfair that you look after new customers and not your existing customers. And given the current situation we have all found ourselves in. Whacking up prices isn't fair
