@British_Airways, why is your app so unreliable and customer service poor? We were supposed to depart at 4:30pm, but it's now 5:40pm, and we’re still on the tarmac. Confusing delays, wrong boarding info, and the app says we've departed.

@British_Airways soooo currently been waiting for about an hour in terminal 5, completely confused as the app kept saying one thing but the gate said another.
Now apparently we have departed 17 minutes ago but weirdly still stuck at the gate… care to explain?
