If you want one have one, if you don't then don't. I think putting laws in place to try and stop them is doing more harm than good because abortions

I just know that technically a birth certificate is not issued until that first breath outside of the womb but clearly everyone kind of has an opinion on where they believe life begins and ends & it's hard to say who's exactly right and wrong.
