I continue to call @Cigna to resolve my pregnancy claims from over two years ago but their 3rd party pricing for a standard ultrasound HAS NO CONTACT INFO so apparently they can’t get pricing to process my claim. Filed a NYS Financial Services claim. 😡

@Cigna I call every two weeks for the same story, we will escalate and let you know in 2-3 days. Or we will reprocess in 5-10 days. Or we need 3rd party processing, check back in 2 weeks. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. These visits are covered under my plan!!

Hey @Cigna I’ve been trying to get my pregnancy claims covered for 18+ months! You botched my claims. Been fighting for months now for reprocessing. Do I need to file a claim with NYS or get a lawyer? What the heck!!

@NWSBUFFALO For those who do lose power, at what point will the winds die down enough that utility companies will be able to start power restoration? Best estimate for day/time. I think they don’t go up beyond 30mph winds? So when is it going to go below 30mph ish?

@mwsallee Seeing or hearing afterward about friends who chewed out their school admin/childcare provider/etc. over COVID protocol has led to a loss of respect from me. It’s not those folks fault! Get mad at the system not the people who are just doing their best.
