As a delivery driver I have to argue this.. I partially agree as that is completely logical however I personally love dogs to bits, but since being in this job I am now so wary since being bitten by a dog through no fault of my own…

You’re visiting THOUSANDS of homes a week, of which 70% of them will own pets (I made this figure up). These animals (primarily dogs) (that’s an assumption too), live there and is their home.

You’re absolutely right that is the dogs home, but thats the exact reason that the owner is responsible for shutting away their dog whilst receiving a delivery; ANY dog is a potential threat to a stranger coming into THEIR home, otherwise don’t order online🤷🏼‍♀️
