In Chad, I’m hearing firsthand accounts of the unimaginable violence that Sudanese refugees have survived. Entire towns terrorized. Men massacred for their ethnicity. Women raped while fleeing. More than 700,000 Sudanese refugees have fled to Chad. The world cannot remain silent.
