Leaders can all have bad days but if you cannot find more value in the differences between generations than fault then I would suggest you are not fit to be a leader.

Last night my daughter and I joined a peaceful walk in Richmond to lay 133 white flowers in front of York house each flower signifying a woman killed at the hands of a man in the U.K. this year, This was the final day of #16DaysofActivism

This event was supported and organised by men who recognise that only with the support of other men can we stop this violence and inequality
