In the history of human beings, two types of minds have always existed:
- The mind of the superior man who is familiar with justice;
- The mind of the mediocre man who is familiar with ignorance.

Justice has established that:
- #Sinner is innocent and is only liable for the negligence of two members of his staff;
- The parties settled on a proposal from WADA, which pissed its pants, despite its previous declarations of war;
- The plea agreement is not an admission of guilt.

Anyone who persists in maintaining that Jannik Sinner is a cheat and a doper is simply a mediocre and ignorant man.

And the only way to bring the mediocre man closer to justice is to bring him into a courtroom.
We can be sure that a criminal conviction will make him much more educated.

David #Cowan, professore emerito del dipartimento di scienza ambientale e forense del #KingsCollege di #Londra, da oltre 30 anni uno di massimi esperti mondiali in materia di doping, già direttore del laboratorio anti-doping alle #Olimpiadi di Londra 2012, tuttora attivo nello studio di metodologie per rintracciare eventuali nuove tecniche dopanti, come l’analisi spettrometrica di massa di coniugati intatti e ormoni proteici, e tecniche per distinguere la somministrazione di sostanze pseudo-endogene (in particolare #GHB e #androgeni), in merito alla questione del n.1 del mondo, chiamato come perito dal Tribunale indipendente (e quindi non in difesa di #Sinner, è bene sottolinearlo) nel giudizio su di lui, così si è espresso:

«Anche se la somministrazione fosse stata intenzionale, le piccole quantità che sarebbero state state somministrate non avrebbero avuto […] alcun effetto dopante rilevante o di miglioramento delle prestazioni sul giocatore». Leggendo la sentenza dell’#ITIA, che dettaglia l’intero caso, «non si riesce a trovare alcuna prova a sostegno di nessun altro scenario».

#JannikSinner vada avanti sereno ché, se possibile, siamo ancora più legati a Lui proprio perché è ancora più evidente come sia un atleta ed un ragazzo fuori dal comune, semplice e maturo. E proprio a seguito di questa disavventura, ora ci è particolarmente più caro.

People are entitled to feel however they want about Jannik Sinner being cleared for those two positive tests.

But what should not be ignored are the facts of the case.

1. There was less than a BILLIONTH OF A GRAM of the Clostebol found in both of his tests.

2. That amount would not have given him any performance enhancing effects.

Professor David Cowan: “Even if the administration had been intentional, the minute amounts likely to have been administered would not have had [...] any relevant doping, or performance enhancing, effect upon the Player." Further, he can find "no evidence to support any other scenario."

His results this past year came as a result of tremendous amounts of hard work with his team.

This case should not be used to paint a cloud over his achievements or his character.

People see the words ‘doping case’ and ‘failed tests’ and want to run with it.

The facts are right in front of you.
