PAT was broadly stable at 𝐔𝐒$𝟔𝟏.𝟔𝐦, despite the prior-year benefit of a 𝐔𝐒$𝟏𝟎.𝟒𝐦 𝐊𝐂𝐌 𝐝𝐞𝐛𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 and a 𝐔𝐒$𝟕.𝟐𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝟏𝐇 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

She also breaks down what happens when dividends are not collected. Under the Securities Act, unclaimed dividends are held in a dedicated account for 15 years before being transferred to the SEC for investor-protection and market-development activities.
