The only real issue I had with the broadcast was the tone-deaf Little Mermaid trainer included in the ceremony. That's a clear example that ABC broadcasting the #Oscars is a conflict of interest for an event meant to objectively honor quality cinema.

This #Oscars Ceremony felt liked they played it safe and didn't take many risks in terms of the broadcast, and it's amazing how wonderful that felt. The last two years were unbearably unentertaining, this was a welcome dose of what made the event fun in the first place.
