Having a mental health problem can be so confusing. You can feel okay but your sad at the same time, you just want to talk to someone and hug them but you feel annoying so you keep it in. Then when someone does want to talk you're not even sure how to explain how you're feeling
Surround your self with people that push you to do and be better. No drama or negativity, just higher goals.Just higher goals and higher motivation. Good times and positive energy. No jealousy or hate. Simply bringing out the absolute best in each other.

I get that no reaction is often the best reaction but HOW do people master looking calm when really they’re fuming inside??? Can stay chilled for all of 2 mins before it’s written alllllll over my face, constant struggle🙃🙄
