I've been on this "woo woo" train for a while. I can say with 100% confidence that thinking, coupled with creating the feeling you desire now (instead of it being a future feeling when you get xyz outcome) works.
A lot of people mess up by envisioning where they want to be, but feeling negative about not being there yet - sends out mixed signals.
Practice gratitude for your future outcome like its reps at the gym.
nothing exposes your need for character development like a relationship. you will think you have sense, until you realize you have issues with communication, you’re impatient, defensive or have trust issues.
The real luxury is being able to have slow mornings. No alarms. No rushing to go to work. No need to hurry up drinking your coffee. You naturally wake up after 8 hours of sleep, you pray, you take another long warm shower, you lotion your body gently (massaging it, loving it), you put on your silk robe, you make some coffee/tea, you open all the windows, the first rays of the sun kiss you, you drink you coffee/tea in peace while listening to the birds sing, you stretch your back and hips, you journal… And then you’re ready to start your day. That’s what will always make me feel rich
lately i’ve had a really low tolerance for people being careless with my feelings. i’m starting to take notice of all the people in my life who don’t think twice about how their actions make me feel and that hurts because i thought we were closer than that.
I feel like if more ppl treated their talking stages like an actual friend, being kind, considerate, treating them like actual people with feelings, a lot of them wouldn’t end so terribly. Some of you are so cruel to the people you’re intimately involved with.
feng shui is real.
delete photos. delete apps. rearrange some furniture. give some clothes away. delete numbers. make your phone display neater. organize your seasonings. organize your clothes. organize your life so you can think clearer.

i know what love is because i see it everyday in faces of my friends i hear it in their laughter i feel it as i hold their hands love is real and it's everywhere especially in people who feel like home
i cannot stress this enough my love, if they’re praising you one day and demonizing you the next. somethings wrong. that’s not the natural flow of things. it’ll confuse you, take a toll on your self-esteem & make you work over time to be seen in a good light by them again.
