i hateee when i hear another persons best friend died also. i don’t want to feel a collective grief about that, i actually just feel bad that anyone else is went through such an indescribable pain. like no i’m not glad that i’m not alone. i’m devastated we all lost the best human we ever knew.
losing belly fat from walking? i never heard of that. i only lost mine from leg lifts, 30 min full body workouts (weight lifting) and drinking more water. oh yeah and less sugar ofc.
it’s surreal to outgrow the very things you once believed would be the end of you. to overcome the insecurities that kept you small, surviving the lies that tried to distort your sense of self and continuing to build a life despite the people who would have preferred to see you fail. there’s power in realizing that none of it got the final say.
love isn’t just about how someone makes you feel... its also about how they refuse to make you feel. it’s about how carefully they handle the parts of themselves that could hurt you. there’s something beautiful about loving someone enough to consider them, even in moments when it would be easier to only consider yourself.
