the left for decades: lots of people seem to die in police custody due to their incompetence or malice without consequences, and we ought to do something about that.
the right today: why don’t the left care that the police let a man die in their custody
these people do not care about the boy who died, or his poor family who explicitly said not to politicise his death. when sarah everard was murdered, these people didn’t protest against the police like this. they don’t care about murderers unless it validates their racism.
it’s because they’re living life for themselves and happy enough to make decisions that aren’t rooted in insecurity and desperate desire to be loved and validated by another human
I find it jarring how every woman Ive met. who chose to be childfree always seem to have the patience, income, and mental maturity perfect for raising a child. Yet everytime I see a woman who’s open to having a child they’re the exact opposite.
Before pride month starts im just gonna say this:
-men’s mental health month is in November
-straight pride isn’t a thing. Nobody has ever been oppressed or killed for being straight
-veterans get 2 months. May and November
So do some research before complaining :)
I want to disagree with this…but it’s factually true. when women are diagnosed with serious illnesses, the medical staff often warn them that their male partner may leave them because it’s that common. men are around 7x more likely to leave their sick wives and girlfriends.
Far-right influencer EDobbin went to Tommy Robinson’s march and filmed himself harassing a 15-year-old girl in front of her mum. Even after they told him her age and walked away, he followed her, asking for her “details” and said she should have a “warning sign” on her.
and the government largely over the years is responsible for cutting the funding that helps to build community in social environments that actually leads to stability and not division
the reason young people are at hate marches like this is because they’re bored and easily influenced: no youth clubs. no youth workers. no affordable third spaces. no community structure. constant exposure to right wing outrage content online. their vulnerability gets weaponised
